Leticia Montoya is the president and owner of Penn Escrow, Inc. and began her career in the escrow industry over 35 years ago.
She acquired Penn Escrow, Inc. in 1995 and is highly regarded for her expertise and extensive knowledge of complex transactions. Leticia has developed a reputation for her professional work ethic and customer service.
She handles all types of commercial, industrial, multi-family and single family residential real property transactions. Leticia and her team also handle refinance, reverse mortgage, liquor license transfers, bulk sale and business opportunity escrows, including preschools, private schools, and Montessori schools.
Her customer service mindset and communication skills provide for both a successful closing and a rewarding client experience.
